Six student volunteers from the Universiti Malaya joined Malaysian Nature Society (MNS) for a trail building programme aimed at improving green connectivity in Federal Hill through the Rantaian Urban Green Spaces (RUGS) project.
Taking on the physical challenge, the students carried loads of crusher run into a newly-opened nature trail along Jalan Damansara. This new trail, which links the MNS headquarters to Muzium Negara, will serve not only as a recreational green corridor but also as a safe passage for walkers commuting between Federal Hill and the Pulai Trail on the opposite side of Federal Hill (near Bangsar).
